Abstract
The proposal treats on the design and the putting into practice of a work by projects in a classroom of 5 years of Early Childhood Education, whose thematic turns around the education of the Nature Sciences, more specifically in the area of Physics. Based on a topic of interest for children such as amusement parks, and the pedagogical principles used, such as play, manipulation and observation, it was possible to develop, from a globalizing perspective, different concepts related to the world of Physics in the classroom (inclined planes, swaying movement, pulleys and free fall), where students themselves are the protagonists of their own learning and acquire new knowledge while having fun without being conscious. Finally, the direct observation and analysis of the information collected indicate that students at these ages are perfectly capable of learning scientific content if the activities and materials presented are attractive and adjust to their evolutionary level.
