Abstract
Time management, in education, is an important variable. The article draws attention to an alternative vision in relation to time in education. To do that, some analyses of the educational categories of time are identified. Based on a systemic approach, the author underlines the importance of combining the institutional organization of time in the nursery 0-3 with the need to “give time” to children as they are the protagonists of their own development. All that, obviously, taking into account the personal experiences and individual rhythms of each child.
