Abstract

The ReMida Buenos Aires Creative Reuse Center, a member of the International Network based in Reggio Emilia (Italy), presents a project conceived during the context of the Covid 2019 Pandemic called the Camalote Experience that puts the voice of children and teachers in the foreground. The desire to be close to each other, to overcome obstacles and collaborate with what is to come. Inspired by the philosophy of Reggio Emilia but in permanent dialogue with local traditions and its own identity (government-run and unique in the American continent), the Center exposes, within the framework of the requirements of Pedagogical Documentation, some pedagogical orientations: the value of metaphor and the image of the rhizome, which emerged throughout the journey and which is considered to be still valid, being able to enrich current educational debates.
